He has over 35 years of rich experience in Pre-engineered Building Steel Structures and High- Rise Concrete Buildings, Market Development & Market Research In the Middle East Construction Industry. He has a diversified Multinational experience and has worked in markets such as the UAE, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Vietnam, India, Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, etc.He is a qualified Civil Engineer & has earned a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from a certified and reputed Indian University,
Abbas Khully
COO (Director)
He is a qualified Civil Engineer with an Honors Degree in Civil Engineering from the United States of America. Abbas has over 30 years of rich experience in the field of construction. He is passionate about the construction of Factories, Warehouses, Office Buildings, and PI Villas.He has handled various projects that include Factories, Industrial Buildings, Warehouses, Logistics Facilities, Schools, Showrooms, etc. In Jebel All Free Zone, DIP and other locations in the UAE.

Abbas Khully
COO (Director)
Abbas Khully is the co-founder who undertakes complete operational responsibilities from the start of the project to the final handing over. His responsibilities include Strategic planning, timely execution, post tender client management and engineering
He is a qualified Civil Engineer with an Honors Degree in Civil Engineering from the United States of America. Abbas has over 30 years of rich experience in the field of construction. He is passionate about the construction of Factories, Warehouses, Office Buildings, and PI Villas.
- Expertise in Civil & MEP processes
- Clear understanding of the regulations of government authorities like JAFZA, DIP, DIC, DM, DEWA, SEWA, etc.
- Excellent relationship with various key suppliers for Civil & MEP works, both in local and foreign markets
- Proficient In handling complex operations that involve more than 1000 people at various sites in various locations across the UAE.

SAM has a strong fleet of Construction Equipment & Vehicles including Heavy Machines, Heavy Vehicles and Earth Movers. SAM has In- house capabilities for the maintenance of the entire fleet with expert mechanics on board that ensure timely maintenance & lowest downtime possible.
